PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Non-Detectable Underground Warning Tape is a 4 mil thick, NON-ADHESIVE, polyethylene (PE) film tape used to help prevent damage to underground utility lines during excavation. Non-Detectable tape is resistant to underground elements, heavy metal-free, and will not turn black over time. Available in 3-inch and 6-inch wide x 1000 foot rolls, this bright warning tape alerts anyone to the presence of lines and cables below ground.
Non-Detectable Underground Warning Tape can be used in construction, turf and irrigation, CATV, utilities, and by pipeline and mechanical contractors. Following code parameters, you can bury this tape above electrical lines, gas pipes, communication cables, and other utility installations. Non-Detectable Warning tape is buried 4 in. to 6 in. below the surface so that it is dug up prior to reaching a depth that could cause damage to the line or person(s) digging.
